About Us

We are representatives of The Openwork Partnership, one of the UK’s largest financial advice networks. This means we can recommend mortgages from a choice of well-known lenders and specialists including some exclusive deals not available on the high street. We believe that you will never have to shop around again.

The first step in finding you the most suitable mortgage is to understand your requirements. We gather information from you over the telephone via email or preferably face to face to determine which mortgage schemes should be considered.  We will however need to obtain original documents such as payslips, ID etc. but we can make arrangements for this if not done initially.

Danestone Mortgage & Financial Services understands the criteria set out by lenders and can approach them to talk generically about specific situations to ‘sound out’ the lender before applying. We communicate with you quickly by email and telephone throughout the process and Mortgage Illustrations can be provided in minutes. We can discuss your requirements at a time that suits you.

Where we have applied for the mortgage on your behalf we act as your agent. We can obtain information from the lender, estate agent and solicitor to monitor the progress of your application and ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Post completion

When your current mortgage deal comes to an end we can review your circumstances and needs.

Other Needs

We can also help with Buildings & Contents Insurance, income protection and life assurance to protect you, your family and your home against unexpected circumstances.

Ongoing Relationship

We want to keep our customers happy for years to come and we have already built up a large portfolio of satisfied customers who continue to see us as their only point of reference for advice regarding changes in their mortgage and financial services circumstances. The experience and knowledge we have built up will mean that your days of shopping around are over.
